Chiropractic Care

These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage helps increase circulation, relieves stress and tension, reduces muscle spasm, improves movement of lymph, and increases function of the immune system.  Our providers are specially trained in deep tissue, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish and pregnancy massage. Graston Techique

The Graston Technique is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The Technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments  to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.  Dr. Keith Morehouse has been a certified Graston practitioner for many years and has helped patients with open-heart surgery scars, broken tailbone scar tissue and 100's of other scar tissue issues!

Kinesio Taping

Our specially trained physicians utilize a number of corrective techniques to promote correct muscle and joint function, pain relief, and even lymphatic drainage using Kinesio tape.  Dr. Keith Morehouse and Dr. Justin Hamblet are Certified Chiropractic Sports Physicians and are trained and certified on the correct usage of this amazing taping technique!
